Maybe rather than criticising his grammer & spelling you could put your own LBA up so OP actually has something they can use?

Does anyone dare tell arcon5 that he has spelled grammar incorrectly? :p

Nevertheless, you make a valid point, so here is an adapted template from which?
    Seller's address

    Dear
    B]Name[/B

As it has not been possible to resolve this matter amicably and it is apparent that court action may be necessary, I write in compliance with the Practice Direction on Pre-Action Conduct.
[Provide a summary of the facts of the dispute]
[State what you want from the seller]
[State how you have calculated any sum you are claiming]

Listed below are the documents on which I intend to rely in my claim against you:

In accordance with Practice Direction on Pre-Action Conduct I would request that you provide me with copies of the following documents:

I can confirm that I would be agreeable to mediation and would consider any other system of Alternative Dispute Resolution in order to avoid the need for this matter to be resolved by the courts and would invite you to put forward any proposals in this regard.
[Alternatively set out details of any scheme of Alternative Dispute Resolution that you are already aware of that would be prepared to use rather than going to court]

In closing I would draw your attention to section II (4) of the Practice Direction which gives the courts the power to impose sanctions on the parties if they fail to comply with the direction including failing to respond to this letter before claim.

I look forward to hearing from you within the next 28 days, should I not receive a response to my letter within this time frame then I anticipate that court action will be commenced with no further reference to you.

    Yours sincerely
    [Your Name]

    Passive, will be ignored.
To be honest I think most posters have got so sick and tired of your constant trolling and belly aching that anything you have to say will fall on deaf ears.

I suspect that a well written LBA that complies with the Civil Procedure Pre-Action Protocol will be more successful than your amateur hour, aggressive letter as written by a child.

Did you mean "Wrote" its already been done, how many holes do you have in your feet, you come on here lording and trolling then shoot yourself in the feet time and time again , there is only one place for you, on the ignore list, I do not have time read your self righteous constant belly aching piffle.

Written was the correct word to use in the post.
    writ·ten
    [rit-n]
    –verb
    1.
    a past participle of write.

    I write
    I will write
    I have written.

Where did I shoot myself in the foot exactly? I'll humour you, so let's apply your bizarre 'corrections' to my post and see how they read...(your changes in bold).

Is that what you meant, because I have to be honest, it doesn't look right does it? 'Written' was the correct word afterall wasn't it?
