    Omg this thread was painful to read.

    If youd have come into my place of work with this rude and condescending behavior youd have been asked to leave the premesis

    Im over joyed if any headphones I buy last me 3 months

    What has been said that is rude or condascending and by whom?
    Im over joyed if any headphones I buy last me 3 months
    Then you are a very easily pleased consumer and have very low expectations on product quality and durability.

    Again, what specifically have I said or done that is rude or condascending? You weren't in the Orange shop, so you have no idea how polite I was to them. As a result of being polite, they found a way to replace the faulty hands-free. If you can't get your facts right, keep quiet.

    That last bit was a little bit of a low blow. Maybe some spelling or typing errors, but no trace of illiteracy.

    Possibly, but I'm getting fed up with personal attacks in this thread, just because people don't accept an expert consumer solicitor's interpretation of the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982. The other attacks have been removed by moderators. When Heretic_osjc said the thread was painful to read, it had to be pointed out that it is in fact his own posts that are painful to read with 7 spelling mistakes so far.
