Hi
I have the same problem, in that I sold an item for £8 last week, and posted it the day the person paid. They have left feedback thanking me for the speedy delivery, but today I received an email from paypal saying that their bank have reversed the transaction so they are holding the money. As yet they havn't asked for any further information and have just said that they may need it. Could anyone give me advice on what is likely to happen next. Thanks
I think tomorrow you will get an email asking for tracking info - that is the way they seem to work.
Hi
Just thought i'd post a quick update in case it helps anyone else. Paypal sent an email asking for tracking info (as mrs_just john said :A), but when i clicked in you could upload proof of postage or send a message instead. I sent a message saying that the person had left feedback confirming they'd received the item meaning to upload the proof of postage from my mums computer next day (i was using mobile internet at the time). The next day for whatever reason it wouldn't let me upload it just said they were looking into it. Now about 2 weeks later they have released the funds so i process does work slowly.:j
