Morrisons own brand batteries aren't too bad - 8 batteries for £1 they are.

Toys-r-us do large packs of philips ones for about £7. I think you get a million AA ones for that ok, ok, It's probably something like 32, and they're not too bad in my experience.

Wilkinsons have been doing Energisers AA or AAA BOGOF 8 per pack £4.75, for 16 batteries that's not bad or Woolies are doing any 3 pks of Energisers for £5.

Those battery shed rechargeables are expensive.

These aren't Duracell quality though , she asked for Duracell or equivalent!

Also you can pick these up in store in time for your battery operated Christmas presents.
