Where can I buy the cheapest batteries from? I know I'll need loads over Xmas. Preferably ones that actually last more than just Christmas day!! Any deal on brands out there as well like Duracell? Thanks in advance.:xmassign:

I got 4 +4 free AA Duracel batteries last night in my local Sainsbury's (Aberdeen).

Not very good with rechargable ones, find they don't last very long when charged, and when I put them in my camera they run out just at the wrong moment. Will check out Sainsburys though for extra free ones. Thanks you guys x

There was a Duracel advert on TV last night that said that Duracell batteries had 100% free while stocks last so I'd guess the offer is everywhere. I'd better go and get some myself.

Most places will have cheap or 100% extra at this time of year.

Why not get your a Rezap charger with battery convertors. It charges up all your normal household batteries, saves throwing them away and buying more. Plus in some places you get a battery convertor, convert AA into D or C cell.

I have one and it is great, havent bought batteries for ages. Cant recharge Duracell though.

I always get my AA batteries from argos, they are brilliant for my camera (which generally eats them) and for my dd toys. They're constantly on offer in argos for £4.99 for 20 pannasonic (hope the link works not done it before)

DON't BUY THE GREEN & BLACK ONES FROM THE POUND SHOP!!!!
You get about 20 for £1 but you're lucky if they last even 30 seconds.
Stick with designer(!) brands like duracell & panasonic IMO.
Or invest in rechargeable ones.

i think Morrisons had big packs of Duracell on special. BOGOF if I remember right.
