If you were connected to a System X switch, dialing that code would tell you whether Caller ID is on or off. The yellow section of the VM telephone user guide seems to point to being System X, but this may not be the case.
When you select the country in the phones menu, are there any further selections within the Uk setting?
Do you have any other Caller ID phones or display units that you can try? If you can try other phones it will give you more clout to throw back at customer Services.0 -
No further settings except EIRE option as well as UK, i have tried the EIRE option with same result. I will have to try another phone and see where that takes us.
