Why no mention of O2 PAYG?

Hi all,
Im new here and been looking at the threads for PAYG mobiles and noticed that no ones mentioned the one that Im on already which seems to me a lot better than some reccomendations here .
Im on PAYG online with O2. Sim cards are sometimes free with offers from O2 or cheap enough on Ebay etc.
The downside is 25p per minute for first three minutes but only if phone is used that day , so 75p on days it is used. Peak rate calls and calls to other O2 are 5 pence per minute. At weekends calls are 2 pence per minute.
Text messages are free, I think the limit is 200 a month but not sure. I might be wrong but some type of WAP is also free but not 100% sure about WAP as don`t use it
My bill is about £25 a month for a reasonably heavy user, the GFs bill is a tenner .
Am I missing something here , why does no one else mention this deal?

Yeah it's a great deal. It has been mentioned occasionally.
It includes 300 messages a month and 300 minutes of WAP or 1MB of WAP if you have the newer sims.0
