converting sim credit into cash or goods. - assuming that it is PAYG credit.0

I sold my unused credit at sellyourcredit.com when I got a new phone. Only got 50% of its value but was less hassle than putting it on ebay.0

In addition to the already mentioned sellyourcredit.com I have also come across cashmysims.co.uk and simrefund.co.uk in my search to cash in on my sim credit.

Is there some sort of campaign to stop the phone companies doing this? It's such a rip-off, they must be making £££££££. Millions of companies issue credits every day, why can't they? O2 wouldn't credit my son £23. Daylight robbery.0

Yes they still refuse to refund it - i've tried with giffgaff and three so I've used it for Macmillan Cancer Support:
