currently with talk talk atm and not happy with customer service at all , so what i would love is a company with an english speaking call center that fill their tech centres with utter nerds! preferably something which would reward me hardly ever using the landline , i would love unlimited net usage and a free router, what deals have you heard of ?

Your unlimited requirement restricts you to only a small number of players. Do you really need unlimited access? Does anyone, for that matter
For English call centres you'll probably want to avoid all the big players.
Look at IDNET, AAISP and Zen - all UK based with good reputations.0
