  • A PAD of £327.17 for me today please. £300 to cc (once again although DD is for £300 they took off my ad hoc payments but I've made it up). £25 towards o/d and the final £2.17 will go in change jar till I have enough to make up bags and paying off cc.

    Have a good weekend everyone.

Och yeah I know how that feels...:(...I had the same feeling with holiday monies....

Only one major whoopsie since getting back - on a new camera...feel like I don't need anything else now. I was going to get a new e-cig and aperture but like DD said aperture was a waste of money and iphoto would do me just fine so didn't bother and the new e-cig - well the cheapo e-vap (handmade in UK) lasted 10 days backpacking round scottie so why bother? I don't need a a new e-cig...

Also after seeing Ma's shoulder bag on it's last legs (we got her a new one I bartered down from £3 to 50p in a charity shop and it was leather and in good nick :)) and she said she didn't get new stuff till the old stuff had died I thought - I could do with learning that lesson :).... I know it's not ethical bartering down in a charity shop but I couldn't help myself cos it was upstairs on the sale rail..... (legally I was entitled to)....

So yeah.....I don't know about going to this e-cig festival in October...it's 9 hours plus on the bus...I could well be too tired to enjoy it... and I can't afford another hotel night and like there's no hostels nearby. :(

So I might just go stay at a friend's house in Bath for a few days...haven't seen him for years so could be good :)...He's moved around quite a bit.....First in Pimlico - now bath....the deposits cost his parents a small fortune

Pics of holiday on facebook. We had a fab time - 10 days backpacking including £50 rail fare for Ma (return - Lincs to Ed then North Scotland to Lincs) for £200 each approx including spending monies....:)..Hence I got the camera....

Well chuffed with self...even in Skye where Marion said food was going to cost an arm and a leg I got about 4/5 meals for £10 from coop cos everything I needed was on offer :)....and then we had a lunch out at a community cafe in Kyle (that was interesting having to flag a bus down on a bend to avoid the 3 mile hike on the main road from Balmacara to Kyle. Tried my bus app on my phone - alas no signal LOL)...which was cheap and M bought us lunch at the car boot on the Saturday in Portree...

Anyhow that's me...dv I'll pad on Tuesday when it's big giro day...:)...a good pad...
