    Hopeful - I noticed you said before (I'm pretty sure it was you anyway!) that you had set up repayment plans with your gas/electric. If you dont mind me asking was it easy to do or did they give you grief and who is your supplier? Feel free to ignore meif i'm being too nosey!!
