PAD 25p to my change jar today. Gone over my OD limit by 88p by accident....do you think they'll try to charge me? I will say something if they do!

Yes they probably will if its blinkin H*BOS - I went over £4 and the knock on effect has been £51 charges this month . The DD that caused it was repaid but thank goodness I spotted that and called MBN* CC who refunded me the £12 non payment charge and kept my 0% deal going

    PAD £10 BTW - off M&S CC only £19 to go :T

  • Hello

    Please can I join?

I have been seriously lacking in motivation with regard to debt situation and have not been saving at all for most of the year. I will do a budget this weekend and have downloaded MS money in prep for this. I have recently moved house but need to sort out bills etc and get a grip on payment dates with income dates as they have missed in October and this month :o

I would like to save each day and make a monthly extra payment on mortgage and/or debts.

    A grand total of £1.27 today.....oops:o

No PAD yesterday as online banking decided to go extra slow for the first time (ususually takes 1/2 an hour or so to turn up in the other account, this time it took 3 days!) resulting in me going into the overdraft:eek:. I was not a happy bunny the transfer has finally gone over now and I'm back in the black.

On a very positive note however today is the biggest PAD I think I have made since my lightbulb moment. A whopping £127.68 is now winging its way to the MBNA CC. :T

That leaves me £146.31 left to pay on this card which is the lowest I have seen a CC statement in years and hopefully by the time it turns up on the doormat it will be £0 apart from any interest they have charged me for this month.

BTW is anyone on here a complete wizz at predicting what interest you could get charged? I know the amount of the last statement and the date and what I have paid each day, just wondering if that could be worked out? Or am I getting too geeky?

I'm sure there is a tool somewhere on google that could help?

I know when I paid off one of my cc's, they charged me interest for the previous month and then payment protection (!!!!!!?) for two months previous!
