  • hi all!! happy birthdays that i've missed, huuuge congratulations to the new mummies, and welcome newbies!

been working 24/7 (i count when i dream about work, as work...) and padding completely went out of my mind!!! bad padder!! :(

so a big(ish) pad of £80 for the days i've missed... i can see myself probably just doing a paw (payment a week) for the next few weeks... no... no i'll try and be strict cos the routine of padding is so motivating!

so hopefully i'll drop in with another pad tomorrow!

    xx

morning all - hope everyone had a great weekend - I did and apart from the T shop I didn't spend anything!!!!

OK first PAD £41.77 to sains CC.

Secondly I have a bit of a plan - but think I need to get some validation on it if thats OK! Partly typing it out to try and get it all clear in my own head. So my debt is split across 4 CC - only one of these is on 0%. The most expensive card HFX is at 22%!!!! any ho, I have made lots of extra payments and am really making a difference - this can be seen by the fact that all cards are offering deals for me at the minute. Now my most expensive card HFX is offering BT into account at 3% fee and 0% for 9 months. Now I do have enough of a limit to BT enough into my current account to clear all cards - AND HFX pay off the most expensive debt first - so my thought is.... take out BT into bank acc for enough to clear 2 cards paying interest and the balance on HFX card - then use to clear other 2 cards and pay back HFX balance at interest - does this make sense? and is it worth it for all the fiddling about?

Sorry for the long post - I just know you guys will advise :) and I appreciate it!

I'm confused :( Haha it might just be me.... hopefully someone else will come along and be able to advise you :) If you think it'll work out cheaper in the long run and you can get most of it paid off in the 0% interest period then I'd say yes!

    Hi guys

Monday PAD of £34.82 please to the savings pot

Had a spredsheets day yesterday - I am not going to hiit my original mortgage overpay target so I have reduced this - still a good amount though and I am sure I have saved a few quid over 25 years !!!

I want some extra Xmas holiday spends for an internal flight so I have changed that target to save a little more....
