A Payment A Day - Part 11!

Have just been trying sort out repayment plans with utilities. Gas was fine but electric  Got there in the end but need to wait until payday to make a payment so i can then set up the repayment plan. The *beeps* are adding charges to the account which is really frustrating. What really made me mad though was being told there's no point in making the odd £1 here and £2 there payments...we'll see. Don't ever doubt the power of PAD Mr Electric man.
 I thought BT was the only service that did this. All power to the padding.
