Renewal advice plz :(

Hi everyone,

I received my renewal form this week so rang up straight away to give my income details.
Has anyone renewed already? if so how long did it take from ringing them to receiving your new payments?

I was selected for a specialist renewal last year and they requested childcare contract and receipts for the whole year and a few other things but i couldnt sent them in time for the end of renewals as i had to request copies from my childcare provider so they stopped my payments untill i sent them in which i did and my payments restarted but it as weeks before i started getting my payments again.

This year i have only just got my renewal form so couldnt renew before now but i am now scared just incase they dont process it before 31st july and then they stop my payments again as we really struggled last year with just my wage coming in.

Please can anyone whose recently renew advise how long it took?
Thanks in advance :) x

i renewed 8 weeks ago and still waiting
  • I got my renewal forms SAturday before last, got through on the phone On the Tuesday, which is
My normal payday. This Tuesday I received my new payments and an extra £108 too.
So they only took 1 week to process mine. THough I haven't had any paperwork yet to confirm these new payments. I also don't have any childcare either, so don't know whether this makes
A difference after reading that so many compliance checks have been taking place regarding childcare.
