Actually, I take my idea back...
Register their email at a few dating websites (look for the ones that don't require email verification) so they get about 10 notifications about different things everyday

any takeaway menus i just recycle in the box for recycling, no residents round here has a take away delivered well there might be 1 or 2 but overall its a waste delivering round here0
