Orange Value Promise Tarrifs?

Anyone know if I can get the T-Mobile 500 off-peak minutes to any network tarrif on Orange via their Orange Value Promise & any good shops/sites to get the best deal - ie handset and maybe a text package and free line rental for a bit? Or maybe there is actually a better deal out there for me!

There is no such a tariff at the Orange website

You got that wrong, grumbler.

They do the equivalent for £22 a month.

That's new! I've been looking for the OVP price list since they removed Equivalant Virgin Mobile tariff.
