Sainsbury's meal deal glitch?

Worked at 9pm for me yesterda.

Got initially 3 gammons, 3 sides, 3 deserts and the white wine pinot grigo.. paid 13 pound something.

Then went back got 3 more gammons, 2 fish and 1 cottage pie, 6 sides (mix of roast and dauphaune potatoes), 6 deserts and more white wine... paid 27 quid or something.

So basically 4.50 or so for each meal .

Someone mentioned the more expensive wine was going through as well so it made it even cheaper like less than 4 pound a meal. Still a great deal I got...

Btw you have to hunt for the meal deal components individually if you want gammon its down near turkey meals (was for me), prolifiteros, gu desert and toffee pudding (has an expiry till 18th august so was a winner for me) are all on deserts. Wine is on wine isle.

They all had the labels saying they were part of the meal deal. Also sides were just round corner from the meal deal front. Great spot guys

Thanks noticed this at 9pm, managed 6 last night at 9.30pm for £23 approx.

No one will know if it's still working until after 10am when you can buy alcohol x

In mine you can buy alcohol anytime, many times I have brought Pimms on the way to work, for later of course, can't drink it neet at 8am on a work day lol

The cheeseboard counts as a dessert, not a side so had you got 3 potatoes and no cheeseboard (or 2 x GU and cheeseboard) the bigger discount would have kicked in....maybe you can go back today
