thank you i called a trading standards advice number for help at the time and they told me to send a letter to the top with a date to reply by etc etc but I did not get anywhere, just annoyed me as the sofas were still being sold full price and i did not want anyone else stuck with the same problem as us (not even going to go and look to see if sofas are still sold or i will get even more upset by it all!)

Thanks just managed to get a large holdall for £19.99 down from £85!! and a gift set for £3.50 for the present box, free delivery worked a treat but the 10% didn't for the stuff I had ordered. Boo!
