  • the property was in the North of England,and it was £23,000 that was paid back.It has been passed over to the complaints department now,so we just have to wait.I know that we should be grateful for what we get,and if we had sorted the estate out ourselves,we would have just had to let it go,but these people do this job everyday,and they should not have overlooked anything so important,without at least a mention to us
