Betterware ~ How can I increase sales?

Options
I've been delivering Betterware catalogues for the last 5 months but my coordinator has given my area to another girl as she doesnt drive and lives there. He's given me another area to do where no one has delivered for some time. Plus I know there is a Kleeneze rep in the area. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can maximise orders from customers? This thread may help others either from betterware, kleenze, avon or anything else that's out there.

Thanks in advance for your ideas

Im a B/W coordinator and whilst I will not comment on the actions of you coordinator the only advice I can give you is to keep doing exactly what you were doing in your old area.

Don't worry about Kleeneze - from my experience they dont affect our sales much as many of our products are far cheaper.

The advantage of going into a new area is people have not seen our products therefore you should get more impulse buying.
Always use the re-order notes. This will increase your sales and offer excellent service to your new potential customers.

You have been here for 5 months so you know the system works - its all just about establishing yourself in your new area.

Good luck and im sure you will succeed.
  • Maybe go to Playschools, nurseries and places like that?

Thats a shame acebanditcat, i'm not with Betterware but i do drop brochures with another Company and i know how much hardwork and time goes into finding customers in an area and then building up a rapport with them and giving that little extra in customer service, i wouldn't be happy with that. Whos to say it won't happen again when you have built the new area?
    I wish you well

    Hi Acebanditcat

Try any old people places the ones with warden control

ANY Nurserys / Playgroups - talk this through with you manager as they might be able to share a discounts??? This would come under friends & family

    Scouts/Guides groups

    Churchs

Any shop counters you can leave your books & give them 10% - better mark up than some things they sell

Anys shops, doctors surgerys, vets, any place where people concregate

Always make sure you show the books to friends & family

Makes sure your managers keeps you up to speed on how you old area is going

Be regular in your new area, if its slow start with this new area cut the cycle & go back earlier than the 6 weeks. It wont make any differnece

Very quick reply I'll see if I can find out any more for you

    Wherabouts you based???

    Regards

Probably not best to go into any shop/church but talk through with your manager any places like this.

According to my conatct this is the only grey area within Betterware & it can come under a sales avenue they call friends/family

If a church/group lets say is....... fundraising........ then the rules are OK as you are not delivering & collecting books in anyone else area. You can give them some books to show to their people.

Please anyone reading this qualify this fact through with your manager
