Well yesterday I had a letter from B*arcl*ycard offering to increase my credit limit from £5050 to £9050!!!!!!
Obviously I am paying off my debts so my first thought was a Credit Card Shuffle (in days gone by that increase would have paid for Christmas and a bit more)
So I think I will give them a call and see if they have any balance transfer offers. This is my lowest rate card anyway so will probably move some over to it.

Must post my ebay parcel today and try and list something else.
I will try for 2 items listed today.

    Have a good Tuesday :)
Pay as much as you can in 2011- £3688.54/£6000
Pay as much as you can in 2012 - £3190.96/£6000
    LBM - August 2010 - £19202.30
    Current - August 2012 - £11803.68
    Paid so far - £7398.62

    Morning,

I wonder if any DFW's can give me some advice?

I posted on the Credit Card thread but didn't get any help.
I think I am doing the right thing but would like some other opinions.

    This what I posted:

    1. Credit limit £9500
    Balance £6000
    Interest rate 34.9%
Trying to pay this off so currently paying £500 per month

    2. Credit limit £5050
    Balance £4060
    Interest rate 19.9%
Paying over the minimum at £110 per month

    3. Credit limit £6000
    Balance £4600
    Interest rate 29.9%
Paying slightly over the minimum at £150 per month

My idea is to accept a credit limit increase on CC2 to £9050. I can get a BT ay 6.9% for life of balance and it's a 2.9% fee.
So transfer the balance from CC3 to CC2 and close CC3 down.

So reducing my overall available credit by £2000 and reducing the interest by 23% on £4600 of the debt.

    Any advice appreciated.

    Thanks if you can help.

    In other news:
Didn't double up my Clubcard vouchers yesterday so off to do it this morning.
I have choosen the toys I want.
There is £100 worth. I have a voucher for £25 off when spending £100 on toys +£75 to pay. I shall double up £35 worth of vouchers to £70 and pay £5 in cash.
    Almost free Christmas shopping :j

I shall also double up some vouchers for a phone but need to choose which one I want to get first.

Bought some Christmas sweets and cards in M0rrisons yesterday and used some saving stamps I found so no real money spent there either.
    Loving the MSE way :)
