Scottish Power - requested switch April 11 did not happen
In line with this thread https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/3098312
which relates how people on Online Energy Saver 9 were switching to online energy saver 13, I too rang up and did the same around April 2011.
In light of the latest price rises I reviewed my bill to discover I was still on the revised (& more expensive) energy saver 9.
I am now in contact with SP to request the change to be backdated & hope that it is straightforward. In the earlier thread some people found there were delays and I was just wondering if anyone else was in teh same position as me.
Thank you

similar situation, transferred to OES12 in Feb, but have received bills on standard tariffs. Made 2 phone calls which resulted in another incorrect bill and online account obviously not correct.
Now awaiting response to email.0 -
The response to my e-mail was if I want to move to Online Saver 13 i can do so. No mention of whether I had rung to change previously or that perhaps a mistake had been made.
So I will have to phone up (either use saynoto0870 or wait til Saturday to use my free 0845 on BT).
Failing that I suppose I will enlist the kindly Marie of this parish.0 -
At least you got a response albeit not the one you wanted.
I'm still waiting despite 2 emails to the email address quoted on here by SP Rep and via the SP Contact us system.
Hope you get yours sorted out this weekend with a phone call.0 -
I have just spoken to Scottish Power and the CS officer confirms that there were notes on the Account to transfer me to Online Saver 13 as of 1st April but this wasn't done. She says that she has now backdated it.
the reason I was given is that the online saver wasn't live so couldn't be acted on when I rang up so it went into a list for action and was then 'overlooked'.
Perhaps other might wish to check their bills.0
