[FONT=&quot]Ive just installed it but what ive done before this is uninstalled everything hp printer related via revo and I am downloaded the 358mb program and see if that works, which explains why the scan program is not recognised.

I still don’t understand the scan install at the start- from msconfig- start-up, a box is ticked for hp update- how can this be i deleted everything so where is the updater coming from? Maybe this is where the scan install is coming from[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Ive done the scan test and its says that its working ok (which is correct) but the solution centre software is not loaded- which i know because it wont let me

so i don’t know what the problem is with the solution centre- looks like i will have to use the windows scanner software- which i can live with.

I guess there some sort of problem with the registry.[/FONT]
