I don't see the issue. The ones I've had you just slot the labels in rather than envelopes. Print, the machine spits the label out and on to the next one. Of course it's easier when you can just run the envelopes through. It's surprising the thickness the new machines will do though. Gone are the days when you had a big muckle Pitney Bowes machine there. I've really found them awful to work with.0

That's 250 a week. Borderline really. Where in the UK are you?
If you are sending that quantity of packets or large letters, you should forget about a franking machine and consider Royal Mai Packet Post. It's slightly cheaper than normal mail, and rather than frank mail, you just print a small graphic onto the envelope or label, bung them into a sack and drop it off at the sorting office.

I have a OBA (online business account) with Royal Mail and PPI number, and with this system you get all supplies for free (mailing bags, bag tags etc), no expenses and good savings on UK and international mail.
It's very simple to use.
You need to spend £5000 per year minimum to qualify.0 -
Just thought, is smartstamp any use to you? It's like partway between a franking machine and a roll of stamps.

I used it before I qualified for PPI, it's handy if you can't have the discounted business rates, but you have to pay £5.99 pm, and use your own paper.0
