Urgent help needed re. O2

Hi
I need the address of O2 so that I can cancel my mobile phone contract.
It finishes on the 3rd April 05. I have tried to cancel by phone but I just keep getting bounced from pillar to post with various excuses. I dread the landline bill coming in as I've been put on hold so many times.
I have decided to send a registered letter to cancel the contract, I hope this will suffice.
Also they owe me £38 from July/August last year (previous contract) and I have phoned several times and each time they have promised to credit my account - but haven't. I'm heartily sick of the situation and I'm willing to send a letter to the C fo E to get my money back (obviously registered) so any help will be greatly appreciated.
C'mon guys 'n gals help me before my head explodes!
Cheers

I am about to cancel on o2.
They gave me the following:
O2 disconnections
PO Box 242
Runcorn
WA7 3WT
Not sure what to write myself to make sure it gets cancelled and I get a PAC code.
Hope this helps.0 -
Hi Oxo Thanks for that - but what is a PAC code and do I need one?0
-
PAC Code is to allow you to transfer the number to a different network, rather than getting a new number and having the hassle of telling everybody. Give it to the company wherever you get a new phone and contract and it all happens by magic, or so I am lead to believe !0

Hi again
Now I know what that is - I'm even more adamant that O2 can shove everything concerned with their company (including the number!) where the sun don't shine.
Thanks for your help.
