Oh no I already opened one on eBay I expect it's one or the another isn't it? Really miffed right now as the seller has come back with a rude reply refuting all of what I've said (e.g. saying the tags are still on so it's clearly new, her negative feedback was a year ago so doesn't count and querying the time I stated I opened the package and messaged her to try and make me out to be a liar). I've replied to all those points and said as it's obviously a waste of time me speaking to her I want to communicate only through the dispute. She had the time to message me back but she has not bothered with the dispute yet. I'm guessing if she ignores it that will work in my favour.
