Anyone actually know anything about this.
I don't need anyone to tell me what I already know.(I'M STUPID)
Can I claim it back legally Yes/No is all I want to know.
There are loads of rules governing the telecomunications industry. Does anyone actually know any of them.
Anyone got anything factual they want to let me know or are there any more people who want to join in calling me an idiot.
I joined this site hoping it would not be like some of the others I have joined in the past.0

Then the answer you want is no, you can't.
You're the only one calling yourself an idiot. Other posters are just bemused as to what possible grounds you think you might have for claiming a refund of a service that has been used and charged for quite legitimately? No free lunch, and no free laptop 0 0

You're clutching at straws really mate. I don't really get what your point is TBH. Legally you have no grounds to make a claim. What would be the basis of your claim? That the telecoms company should notify you when the bill gets to a certain amount? They are not obliged to.
The reason people are being a little short with you is because it seems like you're trying to use a service and get out paying because you dont like how high the bill is. Just saying thats how it looks, not calling you names. Yes, there are people on here that take great delight in making people feel small, ignore them.0

Indtead of £30 the bill was £90. No they are not going to get in touch with people for an overspend of £60, that would entail them making countless enquiries to customers. I too have had the odd phonecall from a cedit card company asking about rare unusual transactions but only for a largish amount and at a retailer I hadn't used before. The answer to your question........I'm not a legal expert but I'd be shocked if they are in any way liable for anything in your original post. It's someone else's fault.0
