Hello, been paying insurance on the N95 for the last 4 years!
Shocking i know... if i was to actually lose this phone, would the insurer ( fonesafe ) give me an old refurbished model, cash back for the original value of the phone ( £400 ) or cashback for what is worth now?

Thanks guys

Assuming they cannot replace it now - I would say the cash value of the phone as it is worth now - which is probably about £60.

But probably wrong - never claimed myself or bothered with insuring.
Given the phone is old, they won't find it easy to replace it - so most likely offer a phone of equal functionality within the price range.
