Can I get it removed or give some kind of come-back to positive feedback?
I got positive feedback from my buyer although she only gave me 1 star for each of the categories. The wording just reads 'Stained top VERY disappointed'
The item sold was a kids designer t shirt worth around £22 new. It was in used condition and it did have a stain (paint) on the arm which was mentioned in my listing description in huge letters about 3 times and a detailed close-up photo of the stain was included. I still thought it was worth selling as I knew someone would be interested and it went for £2.99.... I was happy with that...better than sending it to the charity shop and them throwing it away because it was stained without realising that the brand was an expensive one!
I'm just a little put out because I mentioned the stain so many times....can I get the feedback removed or give some kind of come-back? I sell a lot of kids clothes and always decsribe accurately and could do without other buyers seeing this and thinking I'm being anything less than honest about the condition of my items :-(

No apparently not, I have just had a similar dispute and contacted ebay and they said just reply to the feedback giving your side of the story!
Mine was someone saying I sent a faulty itme them refused a refund, the annoying thing is I refunded them straight away and told them to keep the game and they still left neg feedback. I was gutted.0 -

Your stars won't show until at least 10 buyers have left feedback. You're only young once, but you can be immature forever

edit: beaten to it by two people lol0 -
Ebay don't normally remove feedback if a buyer has misread (or more likely not read!) a description but you have nothing to lose by trying. My advice is to phone them rather than email or live chat.

On the plus side, at least they didn't leave a negative rating with it! I suspect they meant to, but probably forgot to change that bit! Kind of a lucky escape in one way!0 -

Surely this can be removed under the guise of negative comments with positve feedback?
I would report it to eBay and point out in their own code that this contravenes feedback regulations.0 -
LOL - "the buyer left me a better feedback rating than they meant to, please can you remove it?!"Surely this can be removed under the guise of negative comments with positve feedback?
Joking aside, I know what you mean but I think that is just for feedback left by sellers. As I said I would imagine the buyer meant to left negative so the OP dodged a bullet.0 -

Except that the DSR's are far more important than FB, so having 1's across the board can be far more damaging, 2 x 1 in a category in a 12 month period can have dire consequences on your ability to sell on ebay.0
