    hi ya newbie ... its up too you and it depends what your selling ... personally if you have a more expensive sort after item it wont matter when you sell it.... but if you just have bots n bats too selll a free weekend is a good idea theres usually one a month

    It would seem eBay tries to minimise any reduction in regular listing fees from private sellers by giving them minimal notice of free listing days/weekends.

    If it's going to happen this weekend, we will have to receive an email anouncement in the next few hours. So, if you're waiting for a free listing opportunity, keep an eye on your mailbox and on the eBay anouncements, in case it happens this weekend.

    I don't recall the announcement ever being this late, it tend to be Wednesday, or even Tuesday for the past few.

    Hmmmm kinda gutted there wasn't one last weekend as have good few things to list, on the other hand, bit grataeful as had 50 auctions run the last 2 weeks and end on Sundays so spent most of my time on eBay listing or packaging up so will be nice to send this last lot this week then have a break. Hopefully it will be free listing this weekend so will add them then then ahve week off from shipping!

    Can't grumble at all, overdraft is going to be paid of in no time at this rate!
