    But I must say how proud I am of everyone here in walloping that much off your debts!!!:T :T :T :T :T :T We still have quite a few more peeps left to post yet as well,come on you know who you are ;)
    I actually pm'd Martin last night so he was aware of this thread as I think he should know what a difference he's made to us all by providing this site.Am pleased to see he's looked in already although I bet he'll have a fit when he see's the final total :D :rotfl:
  • Oh my GOD I have just worked out how much I have paid off in loans, credit cards & overdraft repayments/clearances this year and it's £5783.99!!!! B'ah the 1p!!

    So running total is £297285.10
    Bank Balance: In the black for the moment.
    Sainsburys Loan: Cleared July 2010
    Credit cards: AMEX Airmiles Card: direct debit set to clear balance monthly
  • Ive paid off £5K since lightbulb moment in June but ive also paid £2300 in interest payments since then too!!!!!

    Official DFW nerd 206 Proud to be dealing with my debt

  • I paid off my loan 18 months early thanks to martin!! I had enough to cover the loan in my savings and he helped me see sense in using this to pay off my debt! (I have put the money I was paying out each month on my loan in my isa account and am nearly back up to the total I had before I paid off the loan)

    so thats another £2000 to add
