Threatening e-mail from buyer.

Hi
Following on from a thread I posted last week about receiving a negative feedback, I asked to see if there was any way of removing the neg (https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/3309858)
Anyway, I asked him if he'd consider removing the negative, and hadn't heard back from him in a few days, and after almost a week I wake up to this message:

"complete tosh refund within 3 hours u r a joker mate hear another word from you then i will come and see you and have it out yeah end off little boy"

It isn't tosh as the refund was done the same night (I had nothing to do during the wet Canadian GP :p)

How do I proceed from here? I don't want to really communicate with him anymore as I certainly don't want to "have it out", yet he shouldn't speak to anyone like this and I wouldn't want another eBayer to have to suffer from his rude and threatening behaviour.

Thanks in advance.

just another idiot on the internet, id certainly report him, to the auction site management, and possibly the police. you have the same security from threats online as you do in real life.

but then, as it is the internet, id be tempted to cancel the refund (if possible) and tell him to 'come on then!'.

Just ignore it, just hot air & bluster from another "hard man" who hides behind a computer screen.

Haha, don't want to wind him up anymore, so...

...this is the best advice to take I guess. Shame some ebayers have to resort to things like this

You cant cancel a refund also telling someone to 'come on then' might just come and bite you on the arse.

Personally OP looking at your original thread I'm amazed you contacted him anyway. i wouldn't have. Anyway he just sounds like some Muppet ignore it put him on your blocked bidders list and move on. These type of idiots want the attention. if your overlly worried contact the police.

Just a little cnfused by this though

Seeing as he collected the item, definitely DON'T say "come on then"!!!!!!!!!
