im not sure if i have the correct paper work to order my car, i have me letter of entitlement and also another letter that says im entitled to free road tax, the road tax letter has a reference number on it but the letter of entitlement does not it just says that i get high rate mobility and low rate care, are these the correct documents?

The ENT1 document, what you call """ Letter of Entitlement """ will be fine. You will notice it has your N.I. number on the top RHS.

Jahlove, these docs are now incredibly important to you, I strongly suggest you make more than one copy and keep the originals and the copy in a very safe place. If anyone asks for sight of one of these, offer a copy rather than the original if they will accept it, tell them that bureaucratic systems have a well documented habit of loosing important documents.
