Hi,
Got an issue to resolve with Virgin has any one got Vigins Customer and Billing Support Geographical number . Tried SAYNOTO0870 but no luck.
All I have is their 0845 number and as its going to take time to resolve the issue I'm looking for the alternate number
Hope someone can help !!

The only other one I have got is to their head office, 0207 6646000, but I don`t think you will get any joy there.
If using 0845 No. might be better using BT (I hate saying that) after 6pm or at weekend as it is 1p per min.
I found ,surprisingly, that Saturday afternoon seemed to get faster contact with a human.Don`t steal - the Government doesn`t like the competition0 -
