HTC Desire HD unlock

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone knows if there is a way to get this unlocked. I don't mind paying for it, but I just need to get it network unlocked and the network wont unlock it at all. Its not just at a price!

If you dont mind rooting your phone, then you can unlock your phone for free on XDA developers forums http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=857537

Just choose the sim unlock option when you use the HTC Desire HD radio tool.

as above - easiest (and free) way is to root the phone, there are utilities which do this in one click for you now.

Oh, and in case anyone reads this reanimated thread - don't buy unlock codes from places like that advertised above, at best they are charging you for something you can find for free (HTC Desire HD unlocking guides can be found in the forums of http://www.xda-developers.com along with guides for many, many others) at worst they will steal your data and brick your phone.
