I don't think consumer protection / SOGA covers consumables. Batteries, ink cartridges etc all have a limited lifespan.0 -
also the sales of goods act does not cover wear and tear.Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

brought 3 laptops new nealy a year ago now and one of the batterys has gone rung the company to get a new one and they sad i would have to bye a new one as they are only 6 months garantee on the batterys there is nothing in the paper work that says this and the other laptops are ok is this wright and what can i do
