My official start weight is 10st 0.5lb, I am a scales addict I'm afraid and hop on them every morning but will have a weekly weigh in for the sake of this thread on a Friday morning. Happy July everyone, and I hope we can all hit those targets xxx

Hi Everyone, I'd love to join you all if you'll have me :D

I haven't weighed myself this week so will post starting weight on Monday, I've been following a diet plan for past 2 weeks and although its going well I do need a kick up the rear as far as motivation to exercise goes.

I'm off on my hols in 2 months with my other half (and his parents - god help me!) and would love to lose at least half a stone before I go so that's my incentive.

    Hi all,
Can you sign me up again please Dragon, I'm finding being back at work is helping me cut out the snacks , but as its only 2 days a week, I need to behave myself the other 5 days!

Looking after my one year old son does sometimes mean I'm at home quite a bit and the fridge is just too handy, However I have nearly finished my current jar of nutella and plan a sin free shop this week - If it ain't in the house I can't eat it. The nearest shop is 3 miles away, so if I only go to town twice a week, then I can eliminate the temptation, - thats the theory anyway! Just got to see if I can resist the tempation.

Think I will get online grocery delivery this week, then I don't even need to set foot in supermarket, so won't be able to sneak the bad stuff in the trolley.

I did buy the new WWatchers magazine today to give me some additional motivation & tips, just going to read ' I've lost 4st of Baby weight' story as that is what I still need to do.

Good luck with this months challenge everyone.

Hello, can you add me to the July list please...I had a real bad June but did end up by losing 0.5lb over the last week. My sw for July is 147.5lbs. Must have a better July...but it'd be hard to do much worse!

Right, my official start weight for July is 128lbs/9st 2lbs. Really trying to tone up and lose fat, so wouldn't be suprised if I dont lose weight as I'll hopefully be gaining muscle.

On another note, does anyone have any suggestions for work-out tunes? Just bought an mp3 player for the gym, but got no idea what tunes to put on to motivate me on the treadmill!!

Good Luck to everyone for July!!
