ok to clear matters, this is the details

    a) first loan taken in 2000 with FP which included PPI , and also cashback - we paid loan off with another FP loan, and also received the cashback = this is now with the FSCS, and now just started the 8 weeks period with Lloyds Insurance

    b) second loan taken july 2005 with FP which also included PPI with cashback policy = this is now pending, and like others have received the letter from FP, and waiting confirmation from then, as we what we will receive back due to miss=selling

    c) MPPI with FP on a monthly payment - sent letter to them to claim miss=selling, as we were pressured to take this policy from them

Do you mean FSCS or FOS? FSCS will not be able to help you about a missale which took place before 2005.

FOS are also not able to help with a 2000 sale unless it was by a Bank or Building Society.

That sounds like it might be a missale

You will need to prove a pressured sale or some other reason, such as ineligibility for this. Generally monthly premium PPI for a mortgage is relatively easy to defend, although sometimes complaints about it are upheld.
