Camera Phone Advice?

the girlfriend want a camera phone (one that actually works as a camera and isn't a toy) any ideas which would be gratefully received, i need to know which camera would be:-

a) fairly good quality

& b) good value

Well if you want a good camera phone then its gotta be a mega pixel version of some sort but then the pics take a lot of memory space so make sure its got an expandable memory slot for a memory card otherwise you gonna be limited to the amount of pics you can take.

If price is an issue the Sagem MyV-65 and MyX-7 are supposed to have pretty good cameras. The MyX-5 is not supposed to be as good.

If price isn't an issue the Sony Ericson S700i is a super Camera Phone. My son just upgraded free with O2 and got this last week. Photo's are excellent, it also plays MP3's, and has plenty of other features as well. It's normally available on O2 tarrifs at £79-99. Sim free it's a whopping £350 - £400

Don't get the T610. It's a great phone, I love it, but the picture quality is awful.

Same here for the Sony Ericsson k700i. The picture quality is no good.

D500 is good and has lots of fun features.

I got mine from Onestopphoneshop on a 12 month deal with 10 months half price (they've now changed it to 7 months)

Nokia 7600 is not bad camera, also does video. If intending to look at photos on phone rather than transfer to PC then the color screen on 7600 is extra big and clear. Both photos and videos actually do look good and watchable. Carphone Warehouse usually has some sort of 7600 deal going or try ebay.
