Used ICE from Travel Money Max as it was giving me the best rate without fees. They didn't advise me that there would be a credit card charge (I did look for it before I paid, but couldn't see anything). Anyway, they have charged me for a cash withdrawal fee of 3%, plus some more interest to come off my card for the next 2 months!Just wanted to make people aware of this as it doesn't tell you that on Travel Money Max.

    From their FAQ page -

ICE Plc does not make any charges if your order is over £500. However the transaction is processed as a Cash Advance transaction, this means that your card provider will charge you as if you are withdrawing cash from an ATM. With credit cards the average charge is 2.5% (please check your card issuers T&C's for the exact figure) and for more information on debit cards please

The problem is nothing to do with them, but is an issue with whoever issues your credit card. And ICE are a good company: I have been very satisfied with their service. Your heading makes it look as if they pose a real risk to customers, which is not at all the case.
