  • Hi,
I am new to this forum, but I too have been caught in the trap of this company.

I paid for my kitchen in full, and then never recieved the doors. I have tried to contact the company and get told they are transferring me, and then line goes dead. I have also sent them a letter by recorded delivery and I can see that it is being returned to me.

I have since gone and brought my doors from B&Q, but would like to recover the money for my doors, and I am thinking of contacting Dominic Littlewood if anyone is interested?

    With Thanks

At the risk of stating the obvious, contact Trading Standards, and explain the situation. They may well say to send a letter by recorded delivery giving them X days to rectify the situation. Who knows.
Warning: This forum may contain nuts.
  • I also was conned out of £3,000 by these scumbags.Been sitting since July with a damaged kitchen, missing doors, handles,no drawers,mis-matched units total disaster!!!!Been to trading standards & done all of the recorded letter stuff, seen court advisor also! Can't believe this is still going on.I have a disabled husband who due to severe burns has no digits on his hands and can't open the bloody units which do have a door!(eh,they have scratches, pencil marks etc) Can anyone help? The Judge in our Scottish Sunday Mail newspaper done an article on Sunday about them so hopefully someone's listening as trading standards don't seem to want involved!:mad::mad:
  • I paid for my kitchen in full the begining of Jan 2012, I am still without a kitchen six months on, although I have received some of it, there were parts missing, wrong parts sent, you could call forever, once you do get an answer you are told the items will be delivered (to no avail) i have been without the use of my kitchen for 6 months,i am now going to go to the ombudsman as i am really stressed out, and fed up of washing the plates in the bath. would NOT refer this company to ANYONE i liked.

I run a small forum and we've had a spam post by somebody saying how well their drawers fitted, etc. They have been banned from that forum but they joined quoting a website address in their profile. I'd guess that this is yet another company that's been created under the same umbrella so it should be added to the watch list. The website is www. mrworktops .com

Sorry, wont allow me to add a link as I'm a new user.

Thanks for the heads up on yet another company and website opened by these shysters.. Always good to keep a Kitchens Uber,Kitchens Wow,Cheapest kitchens in the UK thread near the top of this board so there is more chance of people spotting them and being forewarned:cool:.
