Wow Missus, I don't really know what to say apart from generic stuff like change the locks if he still has a key, IGNORE phone calls, do not let him back in the house. Don't worry about anyone (including your OH) taking his side - if they have an ounce of common sense then they won't (it seems his mother and older brother are doing their best and haven't sided with him).
Also MASSIVE (((hugs))) and I hope this all gets sorted soon enough (when your OH is out of jail at least) and if I was you then if your OH goes away again don't let his brother stay. It's your place (right?) so you choose who enters and who doesn't - don't forget that!
ETA: And go to the police. Duh. Can't believe I missed that one out *embarrassed face*0 -

You need to go to the police asap, he sounds really unhinged. If he turns up call the police, don't let him in and don't listen to his sorry's. Woman's aid would be a good place for you to get help and advice. xxx0

This man is a thug and a bully, NOBODY has the right to treat you this way, He needs to be stopped.
Please look after yourself and your son first.
Keep safe, we are all here to support you.0 -
Efffing Hell Ring the police NOW and get this monster away from you and your family....NOW!!!!!
If you don't he'll be back...
he's clearly a sadistic bully and has already overstepped so many taboos and boundaries with you and your family. Please follow this through and try and save someone else from ever being subject to his violence and psychological torture again. x

Says it all and I totally agree.
I have no direct experience of anything remotely like this but my senses are screaming GET OUT, STAY OUT, STAY SAFE.
You have to do something tonight before he has a chance to come back for your sake and your son's. The police will have contact with other organisations that can help I am sure.Official Mascot and Chief Cheerleader for the 'Mortgage Free in Three' Gang0 -
Missus.. you need to ring the police and get him locked up.. seriously hun he is a psychopath.. and if your OH believes his brother who has injured you then you are probably best rid of him too. Go to the police station in the morning and tell them everything.. people who have witnessed his behaviour, your doctor if you have had treatment for these injuries.. show them the marks he has left.. they can probably Id him from the teeth marks he will have left. Also report he has threatened your son, pets, sister etc.. You have to keep him away at all costs... but you know all this already I'm sure!
don't answer the phone when he calls...
If he comes to the door ring the police IMMEDIATELY Do not open the door.. just ring the police
don't let him in the house or have any contact at all.
I'd get in touch with OH afterward seeing the police as well if you can and tell him what has gone on.. what you have done and why etc. If he doesn't support you in this I would be questioning him as wel!LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0
