Uropachild thankyou for sharing your story, such a tragedy. I can only imagine the anger and grief you've been through
I had low-lying placenta myself in my first pregnancy (which moved by 32 weeks) and certainly wasn't told of any increased risk - I went on to have my first of 2 home births. I had a lot of bleeding during that labour which they knew about on the phone and which worried me a lot, but seeing as they didn't bother to turn up until 20 mins before the birth they didn't have a chance to assess it properly (it was a 30 hour labour by the way, but MWs seem to be incapable of believing a woman in labour.....) I feel very blessed to have had 2 straightforward labours and health babies.

The cats were quite happy to sit outside whilst I decluttered the bolted lettuces from the veggie bed, but were equally pleased to follow me in once the birds stopped singing and the local dogs started barking (the point at which I usually head for indoors).
Piggers, we all think you're wonderful - and the stresses you are under (including the ones you aren't telling us - just try and deny it)) make how you're feeling a perfectly reasonable reaction. I can't say or suggest anything to make it better for you, but you aren't as alone as you may think, as you have a Flylady Army behind you.
[wanders off to collect tea from kitchen and considers removing detrius from the worktop]I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.Yup you are officially Rock n Roll0 -
