I've hired a car from these guys and I've just got an email asking me to provide my accommodation details to a Cypriot email address. This is my first time hiring a car and, yes, I'll be taking pictures of the bloody thing when I pick it up, but is providing your accommodation details standard procedure?

i've always had to provide an address of where i'm staying on arrival in resort in spain but never in advance - don't know if it makes any difference though0
