Also remember they have CCTV as well.0 -
These cheque encashment places normally ask for 3-5 pieces of ID including photo ID. Difficult to see how people without access to the payee can get sufficient ID.0

So true - I wonder how many people try to do this. As in cash the cheque and then act as if it has been stolen.0
