Weekly Spend Challenge W/C 26th June 2011

Doing OK - spent £4.94 so far this week. However, I'm going to have to fill up the car with Diesel tomorrow (around £85) and we've agreed to have a takeaway on Friday (around £15), but that would still leave me on track for my target of £150 by the end of Sunday. The trick will be to avoid spending too much on Saturday, but hubby is talking about eating out. Maybe I can talk him into eating at home instead, and getting in some steak, or something...0

i'm doing ok today. I'm childfree, so spring cleaning the house, so shouldn't spend anything and maybe find some bits to put on ebay?
Getting my hair cut on friday at the local college, so it may take a while, but can't complain when it's £3.60 for a cut and £8 for a restyle, lol. It's the weekends that cripple me too cos oh will want to do summat and thats always a costly affair!xLBM 2008 [STRIKE]£45,091.23[/STRIKE] eek: now £7889:T Debt free date 18/07/20180 -

Might have thrown myself off a bit - went to Tesco to do some stockpiling because they've got an offer on nappies at the moment, and ended up spending £42. Didn't buy anything that wasn't reduced, though, and I've got some stuff to put into the store-cupboard (e.g. bogof on Hellman's mayonaise and Daddies sauce).0

I'n really failing this week! lol. Spent £23 on my niece's birthday present etc last night, which puts my total spend around £73  yikes! But today should be a NSD (or even a make money day if the shop give me a cash refund for my top!), and am hoping I will be able to make tomorrow a NSD too. I know my OH will tempt me to the pub tomorrow evening (we live opposite!) and probably for a take away but I will do my best to resist (or at least make him pay!).
I think I'll have to write this week off as a complete failure, and budget better next month. On the plus side I haven't really had many unneccesary spends, just 3 big ones really! Oh well, onwards and upwards - I WILL beat these debts!!0
