Faulty item, Seller ignoring case

    Well done on the old aged lappy! To be honest I've now been told by several more knowledgeable peeps that there something wrong with it so would prefer it went back!

    Don't worry they ignored me too...

    So I raised a "not as described" claim with paypal, detailing the fault in the claim... After 10 days paypal refunded... Seems they didn't respond to them either(!)

    (i also requested a return in eBay resolution centre at the same time.. That they did respond stating no return... But to send it to their IT company in Coventry.... You should have their details amongst the invoice documents sent to you)


    If you can get the widows updates to work it does solve the wifi issue... But as I said mine had other issues...
    The only place where success comes before work is the dictionary…
