Okay: I'll try and make the instructions simplier:
1) Make sure you've visited the site and voted a few times (to create the tinsfortat cookie) - http://www.tinsfortat.co.uk/gallery.aspx?giftid=414
2) Download - IECookiesView - http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/iecv.zip
3) Open up the zip file, and then open "iecv.exe"
4) It may then take a minute or two to load as it scans the cookie folder for your cookies
5) Go to the "Edit" menu, then select "Find" and then type "tinsfortat"
6) Two or three cookies should appear in the bottom window.
7) Right click on the one called "GuinessVote" and select "Edit The Cookie's Content".
8) Change the value from whatever it is at the moment (between 0 and 5) to whatever number you want.
9) Close all your Internet Explorer windows and then open http://www.tinsfortat.co.uk/gallery.aspx?giftid=414 again
10) Vote as many times as you wish
