I have serious garden envy! What colour did you paint your buildings? I really like the shade and I want something similar to that for my dinky shed.

They are painted in Cuprinol Garden Shades seagrass and country cream. I was a bit unsure of the seagrass colour at first but it's really grown on me now.

What a gorgeous garden. I am soo envious of you - all that lovely space and so nicely done. My back yard would probably fit in your shed!!

Your garden looks great! We too are living in a building site at the mo and the garden has just been all landscaped but is just dirt at the mo, hoping to get the turf laid soon.
    Well done!:T

Yep it is a contorted hazel :). Everyone who sees it thinks its dying bcause of the way the leaves curl. I'm looking forward to seeing how it looks in the winter.
I bought one a year ago from B&Q, heavily reduced (when it looked like it was dying, due to its curled leaves: bargain!). This past winter, despite being a small plant, it looked so pretty with beautiful catkins! Ok, so the rest of the year it doesn't look very special, but, in the winter, that is where its beauty reveals itself :) The twigs are fab for flower displays too. :)
